The Accidental Director

Designed for new or emerging board members, ‘The Accidental Director’ is a practical one-day course tailored for those who have stepped into a governance or executive leadership role—often unexpectedly. This course supports Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations, NGOs, and community leaders by building confidence, understanding legal duties, and guiding participants through the foundations of good governance, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making.
